You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any settled winnings and verified real-money balance will be paid out according to standard withdrawal procedures, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering obligations apply.

LGExch reserves the right to refuse, restrict or limit any bet at its discretion. Bets are confirmed only when a bet ID is issued and the stake is deducted from your balance. Until that confirmation is received, a bet is not considered placed. During live betting, markets may be temporarily suspended — any bet submitted during a suspension will not be accepted.
Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. If odds have moved between the time you click and the time of server-side processing, LGExch will either accept the bet at the new odds, reject the bet, or prompt you to confirm the new odds, depending on your account settings.
If a match is cancelled, abandoned or postponed and not completed within 12 hours of the original scheduled start time, all single bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. For accumulators, the voided selection is treated as a non-runner — the accumulator remains active with the remaining selections.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: data errors, incorrect market descriptions, technical faults during live betting, or events outside of LGExch's control that affect the integrity of the market. Void bet stakes are returned to the player's balance.
All casino games, slots, live dealer games and fish games available on LGExch are provided by third-party game suppliers whose software uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the long-term statistical average return and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of the fault. LGExch is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end. If a game round remains unresolved due to a server-side fault, the issue will be reviewed and the round settled according to the outcome recorded by the game provider's server logs.
Certain games carry maximum win limits per round or per session. Where these limits apply, they are displayed within the game's information panel. Wins exceeding the stated limit for that game will be capped at the maximum, regardless of the displayed outcome.
In the event of a game malfunction, LGExch reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes. Displayed jackpot amounts, win totals or progressive meter figures that are shown incorrectly due to a technical fault do not represent a valid entitlement to that amount.
